On April 6th 2014, Dolores authorized and approved the opening of Dolores O’Riordan Spain. During these years, we have done everything possible for this website to be up to her expectations, and yours. We want to thank you for your trust, welcome and support, which have been incredible and have encouraged us to continue working for her.
However, the sudden and unexpected passing of Dolores left us devastated, and when the simplest things of our daily life became a struggle, we really thought how we were going to get the strength to face the music, photos, videos, the memories and her whole world, which was our world. But we had something clear right from the beginning: Dolores received this website with great enthusiasm, and we were not going to take it away from her; it was going to hurt, but we had to carry on. Dolores O’Riordan has been something more than just our favorite singer; She has been someone close to us, an inspiration, a role model, a salvation for many of us. Her unparalleled talent, her beautiful and unique voice, her creativity and her brilliant career, as well as her unique personality, her kindness, her generosity, the kindness of her heart and, in short, her incredible human quality, deserve to be remembered, appreciated and valued.
It was in this way, with that need to give back after all that much that she had given us, that we thought it was time to retake the fanclub idea, with the only aim to continue to promote Dolores’ music; to let everyone know that for 46 wonderful years, this world was a more beautiful place, with more love and more magic in it; and above all, with the aim to keep her always present in our lives. And then we received a great surprise that touched our hearts: We have been granted the great honour of opening Dolores O’Riordan’s Official Fan Club.
Being members of Dolores O’Riordan Fan Club, you will get all the news through our newsletter, you will receive exclusive material such as videos and photos rarely seen, you can participate in our contests and raffles, win material and official merchandising of Dolores, The Cranberries and D.A.R.K., and much more. But there is something else that goes far beyond all of this: Being a member of Dolores O’Riordan’s fan club, you will continue spreading her legacy, helping her to continue growing and making us grow, and to keep on being that guiding light that has helped so many of us find our way and learn so much.
